DiariApp (diariapp.com and its Android app) is an application to log the hours spent each day on different areas and tasks and review them in reports.

3. Terms of use

• You agree to use the app lawfully and not to try to access other people's data.
• Your account is personal: keep your credentials safe and let us know if you suspect misuse.
• In demo mode (no account) data is stored only on your device; if it is lost, it cannot be recovered.

4. Price

For now, DiariApp is free to use. A subscription or paid features may be offered in the future and will be announced before they apply.

5. Intellectual property

DiariApp's design, code, brand and content belong to its owner. The data you record is yours.

6. Liability

We strive to keep the app running continuously and securely, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. To avoid relying on a single device's storage, we recommend creating an account.

7. Data protection

How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
